Already in the last season, the handball players of Russian CSKA matched Krim Mercator and this season is no different. The Slovenian team won a big point in the seventh round of the Delo EHF Champions League in Moscow and a week later, they outplayed their Russian competitors in front of home fans.
For the third time in the year and for the first time in the 2021/2022 Delo EHF Champions League, Krim Mercator competed against CSKA.
