Almost two months after Krim’s victory over Russian CSKA, a new round of Delo EHF Champions League was on the agenda. This time Krim Mercator hosted the rivals from Denmark, who were better by two goals in the first match (26:24), but this time in the first half they completely outplayed the hosts and won with the result 24:19 (15: 5). The most cheerful individuals in the Krim jersey were Valentina Klemenčič and Paula Posavec with three goals each.

Saturday’s match of the 9th round of the Delo EHF Champions League between the Norwegian Vipers and Krim Mercator has been canceled due to infections in the Ljubljana team. The alternate date is not yet known.

Already in the last season, the handball players of Russian CSKA matched Krim Mercator and this season is no different. The Slovenian team won a big point in the seventh round of the Delo EHF Champions League in Moscow and a week later, they outplayed their Russian competitors in front of home fans.

For the third time in the year and for the first time in the 2021/2022 Delo EHF Champions League, Krim Mercator competed against CSKA.

Krim Mercator’s handball players proved that the Delo EHF Champions League title does not lead to an easy victory.

Krim Mercator’s handball players were better competitiors for most of the game against Metz Handball, but the Slovenian team suffered a defeat after a dramatic ending.

In the third round of Delo EHF Champions League, Krim Mercator won the first two points of the season.
