Krim’s strategy for this new chapter focuses on long-term development. The team will be built around a mix of experienced players and talented young athletes committed to growth and the club’s values.
Žiga Novak shares this vision: “I’m honored to lead a team like Krim Mercator. New strategy is very close to my heart, and I believe we are on the right path. It’s a long-term project that won’t bring overnight success, but we are setting the foundation for the future.”
Joining Novak is Vanja Kralj as assistant coach – a respected coach with international experience and also an EHF Master Coach. The rest of the expert team remains stable, with Aljaž Pavlič (goalkeeping coach), Marko Felja (strength & conditioning), and Adi Muharemović (medical team lead).
