In the 12th round of the Delo EHF Champions League group stage, the Krim Mercator handball players achieved an important victory in the hunt for the continuation of the elite European competition. They beat the Turkish team Kastamonu with a victory of 36:28. Katarina Krpež Šlezak was in the lead in the Krim jersey with 13 goals, and Sanja Radosavljević scored her debut.
Just three days after the Delo EHF Champions League match against Odense, Krim Mercator traveled to Hungary, where they faced the undefeated Group B team. The Györi handball players, who won third place among the best women’s clubs in the Old Continent last season, got off to a bad start. But they quickly pressed the gas and finally celebrated the victory with 40:27 (22:14). Allison Pineau and Alja Varagić were the most accurate for Krim. They both scored five goals.

Almost two months after Krim’s victory over Russian CSKA, a new round of Delo EHF Champions League was on the agenda.
