Five new names for the new season

After finishing the European season, the Krim family has already turned its thoughts to the new one, when a strong team will once again be the key to achieving its ambitious goals. The club will strengthen its ranks with five new handball players, including Itana Grbić, Nina Zulić, Maja Vojnovič, Tamara Mavsar and Tatjana Brnović, while the management has extended contracts with six more players.

Coach Dragan Adžić will be able to count on Barbara Lazović, Tjaša Stanko, Daria Dmitrieva, Barbara Arenhart and Ema Abina in the upcoming season. They will be joined in Ljubljana by Itana Grbić, Nina Zulić, Maja Vojnovič, Tamara Mavsar and Tatjana Brnović.

The two Montenegrin players come to Krim Mercator from Brest, France. Itana Grbić will replace Sara Kovarova on the back position and Tatjana Brnović will replace line player Nataša Ljepoja.

All Slovenian national team players have worn the Krima Mercator jersey in the past. Nina Zulić is returning to Ljubljana after three seasons abroad, Maja Vojnović, who will replace Jovana Risović in goal, after two, and Tamara Mavsar, ”a child” of our club, last played in Ljubljana in the 2019/2020 season.
